- Emissions Reduction: Dentsply Sirona reduced its Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions intensity by 47% compared to 2019 levels, far exceeding its original 15% reduction target set for 2025.
- Water Conservation: The company achieved a 29% reduction in water withdrawal intensity compared to 2019, surpassing its 2025 goal of 15%.
- Gender Pay Parity: Based on data from the first half of 2024, Dentsply Sirona has reached total average gender pay parity across its global workforce, ahead of its 2025 target.
- Workplace Safety: The company reported a top decile injury and illness prevention rate of 0.17 in 2023, surpassing its original 2025 goal of 0.27.
